The budget of the Kaliningrad region will be replenished with a significant amount from land lease transactions located in borders of the gambling zone "Yantarnaya". The cost of paying for the right to use the territory will reach 61 million rubles. This news was reported by the press service of the government of the region.

“A territory with a total area of ​​3.6345 hectares, which is located in the Yantarnaya gambling zone in the immediate vicinity of the village of Kulikovo, will be leased. During the auction, the rent increased from 2.27 million rubles to 61 million rubles per year. Thus, the growth of the indicator amounted to 2595.6%. As a result of the auction, the company NJSC Shambhala, representing the Primorsky Territory, received the right to take this territory for its use,” the message says.

It is important to note that prior to this, five large plots of the Yantarnaya gambling zone also had to go to auction to determine their tenants. Thus, the organization "Sintezgroup" secured the use of the territory with a total area of ​​1.44 hectares. The price of this transaction also increased significantly as a result of the auction: at first, the regional government set the price at 941,000 rubles a year, but then it increased to 1.026 million
