The author of the first application is the leading US gambling operator Caesars Entertainment. The industry giant is ready to offer £2.9 billion for this deal. Caesars' finance department has calculated that if the bookmaker is acquired, the company's revenue could grow by $700 million as early as 2021.

The second bidder is an investment company Apollo Global Management. Details of the offer are not yet available. But experts agree that its size is inferior to the application of Caesars Entertainment.

The management of the bookmaker took time to think, promising to give a final answer before October 23.
