Every second American has a positive attitude towards gambling

The American Gaming Association has studied the attitude of Americans towards gambling. According to research, 49% of Americanscasinos are an integral part of the global entertainment industry and have a positive attitude towards gambling.
Compared to last year, this indicator increased by 4%, and the number of Americans visiting land-based casinos increased by 9% in 2019.
More than half of those surveyed (57%) believe that gambling establishments help the local economy, and over 70% see the appearance of a casino is a big plus - the creation of new jobs.
“Americans have never been more fond of gambling than they are now. As the industry develops, more and more citizens begin to gamble,” said Bill Miller, head and CEO of the American Gaming Association.
The AGA previously conducted a study according to which 9 out of 10 Americans Games are one of the main types of entertainment. Last year, the volume of the US casino market reached a record value of $75.4 billion.
