Kazantseva explained that the government of Primorsky Territory received a statement about a possible suspension of workTigre de Cristal casino . The owners of the establishment faced a problem in withholding part of the winnings from visitors, which the operator is obliged to do by a law signed by President Vladimir Putin at the end of November 2019. According to the new rules, it is the casino that must withhold from the player and transfer to the budget 13% of any winnings over 15,000 rubles. Previously, gamblers were required to pay tax on all winnings at the end of the year.

Tigre de Cristal representatives stated that the new rules cause bewilderment among customers and they do not agree to pay 13% upon receipt of winnings.
