The Commission for Supervision of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine (CRAIL) has decided to issue another gambling licenses. According to the decisions of the regulator, in the near future a new online casino from an eminent betting company will appear on the local gambling market, as well as a land-based gambling establishment in the capital.

A well-known Ukrainian organization Favbet Betting Company LLC. On the territory of the state, she has successfully implemented and promotes her BC. Now, online casinos will also operate under the Favbet brand. You must pay for the license within 10 days from the date of notification.

The land-based casino LLC "Billionare Casino Company" became the second owner of an expensive permit. It will deploy its work on the territory of the Kyiv hotel "Intercontinental-Kyiv". The regulator allocated 506.8 square meters of the establishment's area to the licensee for refurbishment. The organizer must pay for the relevant permit within 10 days of receiving the notification.

It is worth recalling that the most important stage for the full-fledged launch of the gambling industry is currently being carried out in Ukraine - the creation of a list of gambling equipment and software, which is subject to mandatory certification. So, the head of the Ukrainian Gambling Association Anton Kuchukhidze confirmed this information. The expert said that the Gambling and Lottery Supervision Commission, together with the Ministry of Justice, is creating a special register. In the near future it will be officially adopted and published on the regulator's website.

According to him, the unresolved issue of certification of equipment for casinos significantly slows down the start of operations of operators within the Ukrainian jurisdiction. The reason for the delay is obvious - companies simply cannot use tables, slot machines, calculating machines and other specialized equipment without obtaining the necessary certificate. Accordingly, this affects the timing of the launch of the industry. However, this issue will be resolved soon, Kuchukhidze assured.
