In 2021, the gambling zone (IZ) of Crimea under construction will be equipped with the first phase of a modern complex of treatment facilities with a deep-sea outlet in the Black Sea. About 851 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the project. This information was confirmed by Alexei Titov, head of the developer.

The functionary stated in his interview: “The relevant construction contract was signed on January 20th. RSK Yug LLC will be the contractor for the works. The first stage has already started, there is a plan. This year, about 200 million rubles will be spent out of the total amount of the project.”

It is important to note that the full-fledged construction of the Crimean gambling zone, which will be located in the picturesque village of Katsiveli, will begin in the first quarter of this year. The resort will occupy an area of ​​14.6 hectares and will accommodate a number of large infrastructure facilities, including a large casino, a modern hotel, cafes and restaurants, a summer theater, concert and conference halls, and two swimming pools.

The head of the Crimea, Sergey Aksenov, has previously stated the fundamental need to open a gambling zone on the territory of the peninsula.

"Having such an entertainment resort is a very important detail. The land in the village of Katsiveli has already been officially registered and provided for construction work. In the first half of 2021, they will begin,” Aksyonov said.

At the same time, the official representative of the Council of the Republic of Crimea for Tourism, Aleksey Chernyak, specified that the area of ​​land allocated for the implementation of the IZ is undergoing a mandatory adjustment stage. Only after the approval of all the necessary documentation, the investor will begin the design process.

It also became known that private investors interested in implementing this large-scale project are ready to allocate additional funds for the construction of a large highway leading to the casino resort, as well as a modern berth for large yachts.
