The Commission on Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine (CRAIL) officially confirmed payment for the first two licenses land-based casinos. According to the report of the regulator, Primum LLC and Nebula Games LLC sent UAH 36 million each to the state budget of the country for the corresponding permits.

The State Treasury also recorded the receipt of UAH 72 million from gambling operators in Ukraine. It is reported that from March 24, 2021, these license holders can start organizing a casino.

It is important to recall that the company "Nebula Games" received the right to locate its gambling establishment in the west of Ukraine - in the city of Lviv. Here, on the territory of a large luxury hotel complex Grand Hotel Lviv, there will be a large casino with slot machine halls. The total area of ​​the institution will be about 500 square meters.

OOO "Nebula Games" is managed by a large fund JSC "Successful". He is also the owner of the operator Fjorst Element LLC, which received the right to launch one of the first legal online casinos under Ukrainian jurisdiction. The organization has already received the appropriate license from CRAIL.

Primum LLC is the second manager of the land-based casino. She will launch her activities in Odessa. The main location for opening a land-based gambling establishment in this city will be the 21-storey Gagarinn Hotel. CRAIL granted the licensee the right to organize a casino and slot machine halls on an area of ​​4,200 square meters (on the first and seventh floors of the building). It is also expected that sports betting shops will open here.

Earlier, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine launched the process of adopting a gambling equipment certification scheme. Soon the corresponding register will appear on the official website of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries.
