The organizer of the establishment is Billionare Casino Company LLC. It was she who became the first in the history of the Commission for the Supervision of Gambling and Lotteries (CRAIL), who was issued a license to open a land-based gambling establishment in the country. After receiving the appropriate permission, the licensee began preparing the building and rooms. According to the organizers, the entire volume of construction work took about six months.
