The Commission for Supervision of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine (CRAIL) on its official website announced issuance of the first legal license for the organization of slot machine halls. Gamedev LLC became the holder of the debut permit for Ukrainian jurisdiction.

According to the decision of the regulator, the operator, within the framework of the issued document, will be able to organize and conduct gambling in the premises of slot machines. It is reported that the company's management plans to deploy its large-scale work in the Kiev hotel "Tourist" (on an area of ​​618.2 square meters), on the basis of the Kharkov hotel complex "Kharkov" (on an area of ​​311.8 square meters) and the Zaporozhye hotel "Hotel INTOURIST" (on an area of ​​468.5 square meters). The license will be officially issued after payment, for which the organizer has 10 days.

Note that Gamedev LLC is the second licensed online casino operator in Ukraine. On the territory of the state, it will become the main organizer of gambling entertainment on the Internet on the Slots City platform. The Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries confirmed the fact that the state budget received 23.4 million hryvnias approved in accordance with the current legislation from Gamedev for the corresponding license.

Earlier, Ruslan Nonka, a representative of Gamedev LLC, said in an interview with Ukrainian media that his company had submitted the necessary package of documents for obtaining a casino license three times. But CRAIL regularly refused due to the incorrect execution of the application and accompanying papers.

The first organizer of an online casino in Ukraine was the Spaceics LLC corporation, which owns the Kosmolot trademark. In total, CRAIL has issued three licenses for opening a gambling establishment on the Internet.
