Trump Plaza Casino Demolition Process Has Begun

Preparatory work has begun on the demolition of the former Trump Plaza Casino in Atlantic City. Mayor Marty Small said the final demolition schedule is still being worked out.
Haines & Kibblehouse, a specialist company, will be handling the demolition of the once most popular US casino. Workers have already begun the process of dismantling the interior and part of the main building. It is reported that both towers of Trump Plaza will eventually be blown up, but the site must be prepared in advance for subversion.
In January of this year, Marty Small confirmed that he would be actively involved in the demolition, calling the closed casino "a disgrace" and "the biggest ugliness in the city."
Trump Plaza opened its doors back in 1984, to become one of Atlantic City's most iconic casino hotels. Initially, the complex belonged to the current President of the United States, Donald Trump.
However, over time, the profitability of the institution fell, so the hotel was forced to permanently close in September 2014. It was the fourth Atlantic City casino to close that year. The Atlantic Club, Showboat and Revel were previously closed.
Recall that earlierit became known about the cancellation of the Global Gaming Expo 2020 exhibition, which was to be held in Las Vegas, another US gambling capital.
