The authorities of the Primorsky Territory expect to complete the construction of the Shambhala casino inигорной зоне «Приморье» by June 20. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of the region Konstantin Shestakov.

According to Shestakov, by the specified date, the builders will finish finishing work, connect to the infrastructure (water supply, sewerage, electricity) and complete the laying of the road. After that, the casino will be ready to receive guests. The official stressed that the decision on the opening date will be made by the owner and it is possible that it will be postponed to autumn 2020.

Dmitry Pisarenko, a representative of Shambhala, declared that the construction of the casino building itself was almost completed. Now the finishing work is being carried out, after which bar counters, furniture and gambling equipment will be installed. Pisarenko said that the construction was delayed for several weeks due to problems with the supply of materials during the pandemic, while work on the site did not stop.

The construction of the casino is the first stage of the project to create a new gambling and entertainment complex. Now Shambhala employees are working on the design documentation for the second stage, which includes the construction of a five-star hotel with 270 rooms.

Previously, the coastal authoritiesassertedthat Casino "Shambhala" will open its doors to visitors in May 2020. This is the second gambling establishment in the region after Tigre de Cristal.
