Krasnaya Polyana gambling establishments management company Domain LLC reported historical losses. Thus, according to the report, in the first three quarters of 2020, the company received less than 681.5 million rubles, which is a record for it.

Prior to this, the operator recorded unprofitable activities only once - in 2018. Then the losses amounted to 44 million rubles. However, in 2019, the company reported a profit of 40 million in Russian currency.

During the reporting period of the past year, Domain LLC earned 1.5 billion rubles from its gambling activities. This figure turned out to be 4 times lower than that which the company recorded at the end of 2019, when its income amounted to no less than 6 billion rubles (the highest figure in the history of the operator).

Last spring, Dmitry Anfinogenov, a top manager from Krasnaya Polyana, said that quarantine restrictions due to the coronavirus had hit the operator's work and financial performance very hard.

“Since March, the revenue has fallen to almost zero, but at the same time we had to fulfill our obligations. We managed to agree on deferrals on loans, agreed with partners, but held responsibility to our employees who needed help and finances in order to survive this difficult time,” said the functionary.

According to him, restarting all after the completion of the acute phase of restrictions, the company's business areas also required significant investments: “In order to restore all the old connections, you need to spend enormous efforts and funds. We have a lot of work to do to win back positions both in Russian jurisdiction and abroad.”

According to statistics, the gambling business of the Krasnodar Territory is one of the leaders in Russian sectors of the economy that have been hardest hit by the impact of the coronavirus.
