Wynn's third-quarter revenue fell nearly 80%

Casino operator Wynn Resorts reported that its third-quarter revenue fell year-on-year by 77.5%. In Las Vegas alone, the company's revenue fell 53.3% to $186.7 million. Total revenue dropped 77% sharply to $20.3 million.
In October Wynn Resorts has announced that its Encore Las Vegas hotel will reduce opening hours and close completely on Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to a lack of customers. That being said, the company recently launched online sports venues and standalone casino offerings in New Jersey. It is reported that the brand management is now actively looking for new markets to restore work.
A Wynn spokesman confirmed this information: “In addition to New Jersey, we have secured access to the markets of other states. We are now in the process of applying for licenses on a standalone basis in Tennessee and Virginia.”
