An initiative has been sent to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, according to which it is proposed to revise the draft law on gambling business. The explanatory note states: “The text of the law of Ukraine on launching a gambling business has a number of technical errors, contradictions and conflicts that need to be identified and corrected.”

The author is confident that the implementation of this initiative will make it possible to fully open the gambling services market, launch the process of issuing licenses and modernize the regulation program in this area.

Oleg Marusyak emphasized: “Inadequacies in system-forming documents in the future will contribute to the emergence of problems in the work of the Commission for the Supervision of Gambling and Lotteries.
